Better Than Robots is the help you need when you’re not sure who to hire.
We can be your body double for tasks you wish you had time for, such as meal prep or decluttering small spaces. We can also take tasks off your hands, including picking up prepaid orders and managing donations or online returns. We offer research of all kinds, from creating a shortlist of doctors and other professionals to finding the best way to digitize old media.
Our help saves you time, money and sanity!
Check out the work we do on our Offerings page. If you don’t see your task in the list, reach out at hello@betterthanrobots.com!
⭐️ Better Than Robots will be taking a 2025 holiday break! We will not be working – or even answering email – from December 20, 2025 to January 5, 2026! ⭐️
We charge $60/hour per person, with a 1 hour minimum and 30 minute increments thereafter.
In-person work includes a $30 travel fee, waived for work in West Seattle, White Center, & Burien.
